Celebrating forty years of operations in Canada made 2024 a milestone year for Oxford Learning. 2025 is shaping up to be just as momentous, with Oxford Learning winning two prestigious awards within the franchising industry.
Elite Franchise Canada Top 10 Franchise Award
The Franchise 100 is a new award program from Elite Franchise Canada. The Elite Franchise TOP 100 Awards is Canada’s definitive official list celebrating excellence in the franchise community, highlighting outstanding franchise businesses.
This was the first year that Oxford Learning competed in the EF100 Program, securing a position within the top 10 elite franchises in Canada.
Top 10 Canadian Franchise
An independent panel of top franchise experts judged franchise systems submissions on. Specifically, judges evaluated entrants on specific criteria including, size, growth, ambition, and contributions to franchisees and the wider community. In addition, judges rigorously scruntized entrants based on their entrance submission, and their standing in the franchise community.
As a result, securing a spot within the Top 10 is an enrormous achievement, which is why Oxford Learning president Joshua Cadoch says. “Being recognized in Elite Franchise Canada’s top 10 franchise ranking highlights the strength of our systems. Furthermore, it speaks to our commitment to providing world-class franchisee support. We’ve been helping Canadian students succeed for over 40 years, and we’re proud to have earned the top spot in our industry.”

EF100 Category Awards
Along with Oxford Learning’s Top 10 ranking, an Oxford Learning franchisee secured the Franchisee Outstanding Achievement 2025. We are proud to share that Caitlin Paolucci of Oxford Learning Oakville North and Burlington Appleby-Dundas received this award at the EF100 Awards evening.
This award recognizes an exceptional franchisee who demonstrates significant achievements over the past year. Additionally, the winner of this award elevates the profile of franchising within the broader community.
Canadian Franchise Association Awards
As a long-standing member of the Canadian Franchise Association, Oxford Learning is a proud participant in the CFA’s annual Award program.
At the 2025 CFA Awards Gala during the CFA national convention in Niagara Falls, the CFA awarded Oxford Learning with a Bronze Award of Excellence in the category Traditional Franchisees, 30-99 franchisees.
The CFA Awards of Excellence in Franchising are given annually to franchise systems that have demonstrated superior franchise relations, leadership, training, and communications. The Bronze Award is Oxford Learning’s third win in this elite franchising awards category.
CFA Franchisees’ Choice Designation
For the eighth consecutive year, Oxford Learning secured a coveted Franchisees’ Choice Designation. The CFA awards this designation based on survey responses by CFA franchise brand members. Winners are determined based on several key metrics. Specifically, these metrics include: franchisee selection process, leadership, business planning and marketing, training and support, ongoing operations, and the relationship between the franchisor and franchisee.
Oxford Learning President Joshua Cadoch says winning the Franchisees’ Choice Designation for eight consecutive years represents our franchisees’ appreciation of the support Oxford Learning provides.
