A Historic Milestone: 2026 CFA Grand Prize Winner

Oxford Learning achieved a historic first at this year’s CFA National Convention in Ottawa. Specifically, we received the Grand Prize Award for a Traditional Franchise System, which is the CFA’s highest honour. The CFA selects the Grand Prize winner from seven distinct categories.

The CFA Awards of Excellence celebrate systems that demonstrate exceptional leadership, training, and communication. This year, Oxford Learning secured the Gold Award in the 100+ locations category. Building on past success, this award marks our third recent podium finish in this elite category, following a Silver award in 2022 and a Bronze in 2025.

The Franchisee of the Year Award shines a spotlight on “superstar” franchisees who go above and beyond in business performance and community service.

Direct survey feedback from franchisees determines this designation, which evaluates leadership, business planning, and the strength of the franchisor-franchisee relationship.
For the ninth consecutive year (and tenth time overall), Oxford Learning has earned this coveted title.
