Oxford Learning is honoured to have received three Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) awards at the 2022 CFA National Convention in Ottawa, Ontario, on April 11, 2022.
Franchisees’ Choice Designation
This year, Oxford Learning received a 2022 Franchisees’ Choice Designation. This award represents the fifth consecutive year for this award and the sixth year overall.
The Franchisees’ Choice Designation recognizes CFA member franchise brands who voluntarily participated in a survey. To determine winners, the CFA asked Franchisees to assess their franchisor in key areas including franchisee selection process, leadership, business planning and marketing, training and support, ongoing operations, and the relationship between the franchisor and franchisee.
Awards of Excellence
Oxford Learning was also the recipient of the Silver Award of Excellence for traditional (bricks and mortar) 100+ franchise locations. As a previous winner of the Gold Award (2021) and the Bronze Award (2019), Oxford Learning is proud to count the Silver Award among its accomplishments. Together, these awards recognize excellence in franchise operations and are the height of achievement in the franchise industry.

Franchisee of the Year Award-Bronze
Oxford Learning is pleased to share that Franchisee Naghmeh Razmpoosh of Oxford Learning Milton won Bronze in the Franchisee of the Year category. This award recognizes top-performing franchisees for their accomplishments, community service, and brand involvement. Naghmeh has been an Oxford Learning franchisee since 2009.
